Core Tasks/Responsibilities:
• To observe RF legislation, local regulatory acts, internal code of conduct, corporate policies and rules;
• To observe rules and norms of work safety and fire safety, environmental safety etc. (HSE)
• To manage the work of HR Department;
• To develop, implement and manage the most effective and marketable processes by compensations and
benefits (COMP & BEN) ;
• To organize and to control the recruitment work;
• To organize training of personnel, to coordinate the work on personnel development and personnel career development
Who do we need:
• Experienced manager in HR (at least 3 years job experience in a HR plant management position)
• Complete Bachelor/Master Degree
• Languages: Russian, English
• 1С experience
Knowledge:
• Legislative and normative legal acts, regulating HR work;
• Labour legislation;
• HR policy and strategy;
• Basis of the production technology and the Company’s expected future development.
