A Worldwide technology company is looking for HR Director.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction for the HR Function;
Define and execute a best-in-class people strategy and contribute to the corporate strategy;
Act as advisor and sparring partner to prove the HR perspective;
Ensure efficient and streamlined HR and business processes.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience with developing people policies and systems;
Excellent communication and leadership skills;
Fluency in English is a must and International experience will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated strong ability to work with ambiguity and drive change, ideally in a high growth setting in the digital or technology sector;
Strong commercial sense, sound strategic thinking, risk taking;
A strong track record of applying innovative and fit for purpose HR practices within a multi-faceted business.
