AGS Trading is looking for HR director, who will lead the team management processes to strengthen the dynamics of international expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of common approaches and methodologies in the field of personnel management (recruitment and adaptation, motivation, development, evaluation, corporate culture), taking into account the cultural, legal and economic characteristics of different countries
- Effectively build team management systems and processes
- Achieving the HR Department's strategic goals
- Optimization of organizational structures for the company's strategic goals
- Management and optimization of personnel costs
- Effective internal control system (company's ideology) and external communications (employer's brand)
- Management of labor relations and compliance with local labor laws in different countries
Requirements:
Hard Skills:
- Experience in leading HR processes, participating in the development of HR strategies in international companies
- Specialized education. International MBA degree is welcome
- Knowledge and mastery of modern HR management practices and tools
- Experience in HR process automation
- English at the level of B2-C1 and readiness to improve it
