As the People Whisperer, you'll be responsible for creating a positive and engaging work environment that fosters growth, development, and collaboration. You'll work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with the company's vision and goals, including our OKR (Objective Key Results) framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the champion of the culture! Develop and maintain a strong corporate culture that aligns with the company's values and goals
- Work your magic to attract and retain top talent in a highly competitive market. You'll lead the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to managing the interview process
- Create a training and development program that ensures the team members continue to grow and learn
- Make it rain benefits! You'll manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and employee recognition programs
- Keep the company out of trouble! Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Be the mediator! Resolve conflicts and promote a positive work culture
- Be a coach! Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations
- Be a detective! Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the company is employing the most effective strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, Master's degree preferred
- At least 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- You have a sixth sense when it comes to creating a positive work culture and attracting top talent
- You're an OKR ninja! You have experience in the use of OKRs to align company goals with employee objectives and measure progress toward achieving those goals
- You're a people person! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful HR strategies
- You're a strategic thinker and can work collaboratively with senior management
- You're a master problem-solver! Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have experience in a startup environment
