The Head of P&O (HR) Russia is responsible for the implementation of the divisional P&O Strategy in the country. This role will manage all the People and Organization related activities and projects for Sandoz Russia, partnering with local SEC leaders in planning and deploying appropriate P&O activities and interventions to support business strategy and improve business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the organization receives a professional and effective P&O service in line with new P&O Operating model
- Offer strategic solutions to business problems / challenges and help senior management teams make informed decisions from P&O perspective
- Develop P&O agenda aligned with the global P&O Strategy
- Support and collaborate with the leaders and people managers on organizational changes and transformation for the future
- Act as a trusted advisor and a coach for senior leaders and support local SEC team effectiveness agenda
- Build talent practices in Russia, support leaders in building talent management culture and in a talent pipeline for business critical roles to match the changing business and internal landscape
- Enable cultural changes and foster diversity and inclusion
Requirements:
- University degree in social sciences or business discipline. P&O professional specialization is an advantage
- Extensive (10+ years) experience in P&O roles, including significant P&O leadership experience in complex organizations
- Track record of successfully managing major change, cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Extensive experience in proactively understanding business challenges and partnering with Senior Leaders
- Significant coaching, organizational development experience
- English fluency
