Company is looking for the HR Director to whom they can delegate leading the HR function in the company. Company is after a firm expert in the industry who is able to propose viable solutions and cover possible gaps.
Future colleague will help strengthen Awem with a strategy to manage human capital development via cross-functional projects at every stage of the development of employees in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Set functional goals and objectives aligned with the Company goals
- Plan, implement, timely adjust and drive the Human Capital Strategies via cross-functional projects
- Set highest people management standards by personal example
- Create and implement scalable functions and processes within the area of responsibility
- Determine and track on a regular basis metrics for subordinated functions providing sufficient transparency
Requirements:
- Related managerial background of department level or higher over 3 years
- Strong soft skills & people oriented culture
- Client & goal oriented mindset with strong critical thinking approach
- Ability to build and motivate strong and self-sufficient teams
- Maturity, high standards of business ethics
- Proven track record and references
