Your new role
You’ll have an opportunity to become a HR Director for the Russian market. You’ll drive business performance in areas of talent management, compensations & benefits, organizational design, recruitment and employees relations. Also you will supervise payroll.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role in a retail company or a company working in related fields will lead you to success. To be considered for this role, you should have 5+ year experience in Human Resources. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
