Tasks:
Branch/Office Human Resources Management
Development of proposals to improve the performance of the Directorate and business processes.
Creation of reports on the work of the Directorate.
Documenting the results of the operational management of personnel and the work of the Directorate.
Carrying out and registration of the results of the audit of work with the personnel, including personnel records management.
Control, comparison and analysis of processes in the field of operational management of the personnel, results of administrative actions, definition of factors causing deviation from planned indicators.
Analysis of document flow processes, HR management LPA.
Development of the Human Resources Management LPA.
Analysis of staff satisfaction, development of measures, control of their implementation and analysis of the effectiveness of measures.
Implementation of policies, plans, programs, procedures and technologies for personnel management.
Introduction and maintenance of the labor organization system.
Management of implementation of programs and principles of standardization, unification, automation of personnel management processes.
Organization of procurement procedures for staff management and related documentation for IDs.
Proposals for the development of personnel management systems, necessary corrective measures and efficiency improvements.
Development of HR-analysis, analysis of indicators.
Development of TORs for HR-processes automation, reporting and calculation of HR-indicators.
Personnel turnover analysis, development of measures for its reduction and retention.
Communications with staff in the field, bringing information to the staff, receiving feedback, development of measures and reporting to the manager.
Preparing policy proposals and organizing training and staff development.
Preparing a proposal for a policy on recruitment, selection and adaptation of staff.
Preparation of proposals on staff motivation.
Preparation of proposals for corporate events, organization of their holding at the ID.
Planning, analysis and control of funds spent on charity.
Skills required:
Higher vocational education
At least 5 years of experience in the relevant positions in production companies (technical profile — oil and gas industry, energy, etc.) of 1000 people or more.
Excellent knowledge of labour law.
Personnel management methods, techniques and tools.
Methods for quantitative and qualitative personnel analysis.
Systems, methods and forms of material and non-material incentives for staff performance.
Technologies and methods of budget formation and control.
Basics of general and social psychology, sociology and psychology of work, economics of work, safe working conditions.
Basics of administrative legislation in the field of personnel management and responsibility of officials.
Russian Federation legislation on personal data protection.
Knowledge of and compliance with the ethics of business communication.
Experience in optimization and automation of CDP and other HR processes.
Experience in developing motivational programmes.
Experience in solving complex personnel issues and labor disputes.
Ability to manage staff efficiency and engagement, work discipline and compliance with safe working conditions.
Experience and ability to prepare presentations.
English language — Upper Intermediate level (oral and written) is a must.
PC: Power Point, 1C, Excel.
Ability for business trips.
