А Global Consulting Firm is looking for an HR Director.
Your new role
The HR Director manages the full people and business agenda and develops global CIS strategy. You will build, coach and provide adaptation of HR team and improve HR Operations.
Among key responsibilities will be supporting Career Development and L&D for the Consulting Team, KPI’s monitoring and working with finance team to manage budget.
Your zone of influence also includes employment contracting practice and documentation. On this role You will be a contact for regional and global HR leadership team. You will manage team of more than 20 people.
What You’ll need
To be accepted for this position, you must have over than 10 years of proven experience in HR and over than 2 years of experience as HRD level roles of top international consulting or investment business. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
