FinTech company is looking for an HR Director.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as an HRD
- Experience in improving the HR function and rebuilding or optimizing an existing model
- International expertise in a strategic role (e.g. opening offices or transferring functions to other countries, organizing mass relocation of employees abroad, etc.)
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1-C2) and Russian
- A data-driven approach to connect workforce and business outcomes
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
