- Support of managers in the recruitment process: requirements for candidates, interaction with the recruitment department regarding recruitment prospects.
- Personnel selection (TOP management)
- Development and implementation of a personnel development strategy, including training, motivation and evaluation
- Support and consulting of heads of departments on personnel management issues
- Participation in the development and implementation of HR and commercial projects, work on the development of corporate culture and HR brand
- HR department budget management and financial control
- 3 years of experience in a Senior HR position
- Skills in the field of change management, systematic work with talents
- A systematic approach to the organisation of personnel management
- Work experience in an international company
- Fluent English
- Facilitation skills
- Ability to work with a large array of data in a multitasking environment.
- Well-developed communication skills, result orientation.
