Responsibilities:
- Managing the work and monitoring the effectiveness of HR-managers and a recruitment managers for retail stores
- Interaction with the Head Office of the Group of Companies in terms of providing corporate HR-reporting, personal reporting, regarding the application of Head Office work standards for HR department
- Monitoring of compliance with labor legislation of the Russian Federation
- Planning and control of payroll expenses
- Organization of healthy and safe working conditions for employees
- Assistance in the development and implementation of the company's personnel policy, policy in the provision of voluntary health insurance
- Creation/adjustment and monitoring of compliance with payment schemes, benefits and compensations, bonuses in accordance with the requirements of labor legislation
- Determination of the number of staff, staffing table for stores. Support of new openings
- Organization and development of a system of internal training, adaptation, provision and control of the functioning of the system of adaptation of new employees in the Company
- Control of staff rotation
- Development and implementation of personnel motivation systems
- Ensuring control of the budget of employees' hours during the calendar year in order to exclude overwork and correct reflection of hours in the timesheet
- Development and support of the HR brand in the company
- Regular visits to retail stores
- Control over provision of required information regarding insured persons under legislation on pension accounting within the established time limits
- Control over timely signing of personnel documentation by store managers, familiarization with local acts of the company, sending them to the company's office
- Control over correct completion and timely familiarization of employees with documents related to individual and collective financial responsibility
- Monitoring of labor discipline in the company
- Defining HR strategy, creating and maintaining HR projects to improve the current performance of stores
- Participation in the development of improving sales standards. Control of their execution
Requirements:
- Higher education, additional courses, trainings on personnel management
- Similar work experience of at least 5 years in an international fashion retail company
- Experience of direct communication with headquarters for at least 1 year
- English proficiency level: Upper Intermediate
- Successful cases in the field of recruitment, evaluation, adaptation and development of personnel
- Knowledge of modern tools and methods of personnel management
- A confident PC user, knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
- Personal qualities: flexibility, perseverance, responsibility, effectiveness
