Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage administrative, workplace teams, including office managers, HR team;
- Collaborate with executives and senior leadership to identify and deliver the required administrative and workplace support;
- Develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures, ensuring productivity and efficiency across company workflows;
- Manage administrative budgets.
- Organize the full process and politics of relocation for the candidates and families: working with visa centers, contracting organizations - creating conditions for trouble-free relocation of personnel from Europe, USA, the Russian Federation to Dubai. Ensuring compliance with tax legislation.
- Organize of accommodation in the UAE: tickets, transportation of things, taxi / transfer, rental of villas / apartments. Organize of a comfortable stay of employees and guests of the company in the UAE, in the company's office.
- Organize full onboarding processes for employees and their families.

Skills and Competencies

Hard Skills
- 5+ years of work experience in similar position.
- Work experience in the UAE.
- Knowledge of local legislation.
- Experience creating & applying frameworks to solve problems and bringing the appropriate level of structure.
- Knowledge of Arabic - B2 (preferably).
- Knowledge of English - C2 (required).
