Volkswagen is searching for HR Business Partner.
Objectives:
Improve the efficiency of the Company by establishing and maintaining business partnerships with employees of the supervised divisions of the Moscow office of the Company in Moscow (hereinafter referred to as the Territory of Responsibility) by providing professional support in the management of organizational and structural changes, recruitment, planning and career development, engagement and motivation of personnel, as well as the correct execution of personnel documentation in accordance with the provisions of local regulations, other requirements of the Company and the requirements of the labor legislation of the Russian Federation.
Responsibilities:
Organizational structure management in the Territory of Responsibility:
- Regularly assess the compliance of the organizational structure in the Territory of Responsibility with the needs of the business / divisions of the Company / requirements of the Concern (NSC Ideal Structure)
- Make timely and correct changes to the organizational structure in the Territory of Responsibility (create the necessary requests, obtain appropriate approvals, make changes to the organizational structure, make announcements of changes through the newsletter (HR Messenger))
- Together with the heads of structural divisions, determine the need for personnel, guided by the approved number of staff positions and the budget
Selection of personnel in the Territory of Responsibility:
- Participation in the recruitment process in terms of determining the requirements for candidates for opening positions, conducting interviews with internal and final candidates for vacant positions and assessment centers for final candidates
Personnel development in the Area of responsibility:
- Maintaining career development and personnel adaptation programs (together with L&D Group)
- Formation of the talent pool together with the L&D Group
- Participation in capacity analyzes for leadership positions
- Conducting an annual personnel assessment (MbO), including coordinating the timely completion by employees and managers of assessments for the previous calendar year and setting goals, competencies and a development plan for the new calendar year in the system, advising employees and managers on how to work with the system
- Participation in the planning of trainings for personnel in the Territory of Responsibility, including programs for the development of managers and assessment centers (FBQ, a new development process in management, etc.), discussion of the results of assessment centers with employees and their leaders
- Participation in the preparation of individual development plans for employees
Consulting employees and managers:
- Implementation of basic HR processes and procedures in the Territory of Responsibility
- Operational and technical support for heads of departments on HR processes and procedures, including consulting on personnel management issues
- Control over adherence to deadlines, quality and completeness of information provided by managers on HR procedures
- Carrying out activities to adapt new employees, including meetings following the results of the probationary period
- Labor Discipline (in accordance with the Work Instruction for the Imposition of Disciplinary Actions)
- Dealing with conflict situations
- Conducting interviews upon dismissal of employees
Compensation and benefits:
- Together with the Compensation and Benefits Manager, agree on proposals for hiring new employees, as well as when transferring company employees to new positions
Participation in the job evaluation process Projects:
- Conducting employee engagement survey in the Territory of Responsibility, including advising employees and managers on the main process, discussing the survey results with the manager and employees, helping to draw up an action plan based on the survey results, carrying out other supporting activities in accordance with the processes of VW AG
- Implementation of programs for the development of corporate culture and internal and external HR-branding
- Participation in the development of local regulations of the Company together with other employees of the HR department
- Participation in other department projects
Key Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Higher education (University degree)
- 2+ years of relevant experience within a retail company
- Experience of work as a HR Manager\HR BP
- Profound knowledge of local employment/labor laws that impact the employment relationship
- English – upper-intermediate level (both oral and written)
- Excellent communications skills, ability to find individual approach
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Pro-active approach, result orientation
- Ability to manage multiple projects under very tough deadlines
- MS Office experienced user (especially Excel and PP)
