HR Business Partner has a helicopter view on business and people. This professional will be engaged in a wide scope of HR projects: talent reviews, learning and development, onboarding and integration of new teams, global mobility projects, and other exciting opportunities to grow and increase employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
Аssist management in conflict resolution
Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
Maintain and develop from scratch a variety of HR projects: talent reviews, learning and development, succession planning, and workforce planning
Prepare frameworks, check-lists, and operational procedures to make the HR processes transparent, smooth, and efficient
Be a genuine people partner, address people’s needs, and provide with guidance about Accel Club’s best practices and corporate standards
Design organisational structure changes and implement a new org chart
Requirements
2+ years of HR BP or HR PM experience
Expertise in organisational development, onboarding, and performance assessment
Team player with strong communication skills
Hands-on approach to work, ability to deep dive into the whole scope of work
Get-things-done approach to work
Systematic and structured mindset
At least upper-intermediate level of English.
