inDrive is currently looking for HR BP, who will be working independently with one or more Divisions and working with Executives (C&VP) on the creation and implementation of people strategy in the Division with headcount more than 200 employees.
Responsibilities:
Strategical tasks:
- Participates in the development of the department’s business goals (forming and achieving OKR)
- Participates in the creation of an effective organizational structure that helps achieve business goals (division hiring plan planning, employee performance evaluation, succession planning, organization structure planning)
- Builds effective relationships between business representatives and P&C functions (buy in P&C project from business perspective)
- Builds processes for developing talent and succession planning (Implement IDP, necessary training programs, coaching, grading, career tracks, Feedforward, Performance cycle)
- Strengthens and develops the management team through coaching, feedback, IDP, training
- Initiates and constructs effective HR processes (participate in P&C policies development)
- Manages the implementation of any transformations or changes in the division
- Increases the team’s engagement (eNPS)
- Functions as bearer and promoter of the company’s mission and values
Operational tasks:
- Managing the hiring planning process
- Managing the salary review process
- Managing and solving typical questions related to relocation
- Managing the recruitment process in collaboration with recruitment team
- Implementation of P&G practices (FeedForward, Career Tracks etc.)
- 1:1 meeting with managers
- Solving difficult employee's cases
- Supporting the dismissal process
- Participation in cross-functional processes
- Update and collecting employees' data
Qualifications:
- 4+ years working in HR Business Partnership within as Corporation and also startups
- Significant experience working in a fast-paced/fast-growing company
- Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle
- High levels of leadership skills and be heavily involved in conversations with management regarding the business's future, missions, goals and overall strategy
- An ability to translate complex business issues into HR implications, analyze data and provide consultancy when needed
- Great critical thinking skills and solution-articulation skills (Capable of handling sensitive situations with professionalism and proper composure)
- Ability to interact effectively with internal clients and outside vendors
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Mature specialist who are able to lead conversations on partner level with business
- High level of independence
- Fluent English language
