The new Radisson Blu Leninsky Prospect Hotel, due to open in H1 2023 is looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Business Partner to manage the Talent function of the Hotel by developing the strategy aligned to the hotel’s mission, goals and objectives.

 

HR Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • Developing the hotel’s HR strategy in conjunction with the mission, goals and objectives of the hotel
  • Establishing at the property the RHG HR framework
  • Developing a hotel succession plan, designing HR forms, documents and processes
  • Developing employee policies in line with RHG guidelines
  • Conducting trainings for manages in HR specialty areas (recruitment; effective roster costing; appraisals, etc.)
  • Developing a reward and recognition system
  • Performing the role of adviser, consultant and councilor to management and colleagues
  • Developing strategies to prevent and correct operational problems relating to colleagues (including absenteeism, turn over, retention, morale etc.)
  • Establishing relationships with external organizations including government training agencies
  • Providing advice to the Hotel Executive Committee which will assist in the meeting of strategic objectives
  • Maintaining remuneration scales in accordance with financial objectives
  • Ensuring comprehensive and regular colleagues communication sessions

 

HR Business Partner obtains the following qualifications:

  • Higher education in Human Resources or Business Administration and 3 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience, in the international hotel chain
  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others - therefore demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
  • Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations
  • Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Good writing skills
  • Full proficiency in English is a must
