Responsibilities:
- Leading people processes at the brewery
- Strong partnership for brewery management team on people topics
- People Package budgeting and management
- People Cycle Support (TSC, competency appraisal, OPR and succession planning, PDP, L&D, SKAP, talent development, engagement survey, TO management)
- People policies and procedures implementation on the brewery level (rewards, compliance, recruitment & induction, L&D, talent management)
- Leading People Pillar at the brewery level
- Staffing and recruitment: timely vacancy fulfillment, collaboration and managing outsourcing provider
- Working time management (schedules, overtimes etc.)
- Industrial relations (unions and collective agreements, employee relations), discipline
- Recognition programs support, visual communications coordination
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Strong Leadership and ownership
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in multi-tasking environment
- Analytical & presentation skills
- English language Intermediate
- People Cycle & People Pillar knowledge is a plus
