An international FinTech player (total staff 750+, more than 5 years in the market) in the search for HR Business Partner.

 

This is a new role for business, which has arisen in connection with its active growth and the transformation of the HR function. HR BP will be responsible for the formation of the Sales Department in St. Petersburg and extension abroad. The employee in this role will get an opportunity to support the active growth phase of the business with the creation of a Sales Team, starting with the hiring of the Commercial Director.

Challenges for this role:

  • Participation in the process of search and recruitment of talents, formation of a personnel reserve
  • Organization of the onboarding process for new employees
  • Promotion of HR projects to form an effective working environment (for example, in the direction of T&D, etc.)
  • Development and implementation of personnel policy
  • Participation in the annual analysis of the performance of employees, salary analysis, development of a career development plan
  • Working with HR metrics and analytics
  • Providing support to employees on various HR-related issues such as leaves, compensation, etc.

 

Employee requirements:

  • Deep understanding and profound knowledge of HR processes with at least 3 years of experience in an HR position
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English — from C1
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Readiness for business trips
  • Ability to build up a partner relationship with the head of the department and all team members
  • Analytical and business-oriented mind-set
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Critical thinking
