В международную нефтесервисную компанию Baker Hughes требуется HR Business Partner.
As an HR Partner, you are accountable for delivering a standardized efficient service for HR Lifecycle activities. You are to execute horizontal projects as needed to achieve key business goals. Being collaborative with other functional teams to ensure all HR activities are met at a global standard.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering various HR activities (Labor Relations, Investigations, Performance Mgmt, Restructuring operationalization, HR customer queries on life-cycle activities, etc.)
- Collaborating with product companies and Centers of Expertise to ensure efficiency of HR service delivery across the Country
- Coaching and advising managers, employees, and other customers, providing robust direction and guidance through all elements of the People lifecycle
- Monitoring cases and providing input for improvement and management (e.g., sickness, attrition, etc.)
- Ensuring that all HR employee transactions are compliant with internal control guideline, employment law and Global HR process changes
- Leading and engaging in projects as assigned to ensure success in core functional areas
To be successful in this role you will:
- Show solid experience in Employee Human Resource Management
- Be able to show a good general knowledge of the Gas and Oil industry
- Be fluent both in Russian and English
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a team player and display good communication and writing skills.
