Essity is currently recruiting an HR Business Partner (Russia & CIS) to join the Human Resources Team.

 

HR partner supports the delivery of the HR strategy for two Business Units in Russia and CIS (Health and Medical Solutions and Consumer Goods). The role works in partnership with business to provide specialist coaching, support and influence that enable both Business Units to effectively deliver their people plans. The role provides HR services that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with other specialist HR functions.

Works as HR partner to HMS & CG local business teams to ensure professional HR support in all operational HR areas related to performance management, organizational and people development as well as change management.

 

Main Tasks:

  • Supports development and delivery of business unit related topics in Russia & CIS i.e. development activities, organization or structure changes, data collection, interpretation and evaluation of appropriate remuneration issues
  • Equips local business teams with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans e.g. performance management, talent review, career management, development of teams etc.
  • Works closely with business leaders to help them to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, structures, and processes to ensure Health of Organization
  • Advises on labor law, collective agreement and policy related issues concerning employees to make sure that Essity is compliant
  • Assists Line Managers with employee onboarding plan, process, activities and follow up
  • Develops success candidates' profile together with Line Managers

 

Key Competencies:

  • Higher education
  • HRBP/ HR generalist experience 5 years and above
  • Comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy
  • Ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
  • Effective team-player
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Experience in change management, leading cross-functional projects
  • English is upper-intermediate or higher
