Requiremets:
Education: University degree in business management, economics (or related)
Experience: not less then 5 years work experience as HR business partner (or comparable)
Specific knowledge:
Fluent English (oral and written), German desirable,
Good knowledge of local labor law
Good MS Office and HR related software skills
Responsibilities:
Strategic alignment, permanent member of Daimler Financial Mobility Board
Divisional HR strategy development & implementation
Ensure consistent implementation & execution of corporate HR policies and controls in respective area of responsibility
Feedback to corporate HR functions on divisional/regional/local adjustment needs to policies and procedures
