Responsibilities
Support of managers and acting as an HR Service consultant within a defined Line of Business in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures:
• On-boarding
— Conducting Thomas DISC evaluation for the candidates and employees
— Mood monitoring and mentoring the new comers during the on-boarding
— Conducting trainings for new comers
• Assessment and performance appraisal
— Taking part in performance appraisals for the key employees
— Conducting assessment centers in line with the company’s process
• Retention and succession planning
— Monitoring the risks related to the employees attrition and supporting the managers in retaining staff
— Supporting managers in succession planning
• Learning and Development
— Conducting 360 degrees evaluation
— Preparing development plans for the key employees
— Coaching key employees to support their development
— Organizing and supporting training activities of the staff within the defined Line of Business
• Acting as business partner for the managers
— Establish working relationships with the managers and employees to effectively resolve employee relation issues
— Supporting managers with the HR Strategy
• Taking part in different local and international HR projects
Must have
• University degree
• Good command of English (at least, upper-intermediate)
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills
• Excellent follow up, organization and time management skills
• Proactive consultative approach to deal effectively with the senior internal client
• Excellent problem solving skills/ analytical ability and attention to details
• Result orientation
Nice to have
• 3 years of experience in HR field (recruitment, T&D, HR partner)
