Luxoft is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities
Support of managers and acting as an HR Service consultant within a defined Line of Business in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures
Conducting Thomas DISC evaluation for the candidates and employees
Mood monitoring and mentoring the new comers during the on-boarding
Conducting trainings for new comers
Taking part in performance appraisals for the key employees
Conducting assessment centers in line with the company’s process
Monitoring the risks related to the employees attrition and supporting the managers in retaining staff
Supporting managers in succession planning
Conducting 360 degrees evaluation
Preparing development plans for the key employees
Coaching key employees to support their development
Organizing and supporting training activities of the staff within the defined Line of Business
Establish working relationships with the managers and employees to effectively resolve employee relation issues
Supporting managers with the HR Strategy
Must have
Proactivity, Conflict resolution, Problem Solving, Time Management, Communication Skills, Result orientation.
University degree
Good command of English (at least, upper-intermediate)
Excellent communication and conflict management skills
Excellent follow up, organization and time management skills
Proactive consultative approach to deal effectively with the senior internal client
Excellent problem solving skills/ analytical ability and attention to details
Result orientation
Nice to have
3 years of experience in HR field (recruitment, T&D, HR partner).
