Обязанности:
- Collaborating with centers of HR expertise
- Planning, development and coordination of recruitment and selection domain`s strategy
- Planning, coordination, monitoring of the HR budget of domain
- Support in employees adaptation
- Planning, coordination, implementation of T&D strategy in domain (development of soft &hard skills, management competencies)
- Development strategically business competencies in domain
- Implementation and support corporate culture, leadership culture
- Implementation of HiPO development programs, participation in HiPo assessment
- HR budgeting
- Research and implementation HR best practices in the market
- Development of engagement and satisfaction of domain employees
Требования:
Requirements for professional expertise:
- Higher education (preferably specialized)
- Work experience in a similar position at least 5 years (preferably / not necessarily in retail, tech business, e-commerce)
- Knowledge of labor legislation, excellent PC skills
- Possession and knowledge of recruitment, T&D, HiPo, assessment
