You will be in charge of:
- Management and development of the recruitment team (5 people)
- Develop recruitment strategies
- Manage the recruitment process
- Source candidates through various channels
- Conducting interviews for leading roles and making hiring decisions
- Partner with the Retail Sales Department team to develop and implement effective HR practices that will support the achievement of strategic goals

Requirements:
