Main Responsibilities:
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Coordinate recruitment and adaptation processes
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce
- Lead performance management, talent management and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Participate in evaluation of training programs
- Suggest new HR strategies
Required job experience, knowledge and skills:
- University Degree
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in various HR areas (at the role of HR BP or HR Generalist)
- Knowledge of RF Labor Law
- Good communication skills
- Coaching, facilitation skills
- Time management and multitasking
- Good knowledge of MS Office, 1C (8.3), WorkDay as an advantage
- English language – upper intermediate level
