One of the most awarded and well renowned beer companies in the US, is seeking an HR business partner to serve as the sole HR leader for their Milton, DE brewery site.
RESPONSIBILITIES, include but are not limited to:
Lead the execution of People/Culture programs and initiatives
Oversee all talent and performance management
Facilitate training programs, including conducting new hire orientation
Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related employee inquiries and issues
Handle all Employee Relations issues and investigations
Interpret and provide guidance regarding HR policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
3-5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing/supply chain is preferred, ideally food & beverage logistics
Experience handling Employee Relations issues, including performing investigations
Must have a strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
