The HR Business Partner will be experienced, innovative, hands-on, and commercially focused to deliver first-class HR service for a defined business group located in Saint-Petersburg. The HR Business Partner will provide pragmatic HR solutions to achieve business goals and to build a high-performing organization, ensuring rigor, consistency, and discipline to driving business performance.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for employees and managers for a defined business group advising on all people matters, raising potential risks and challenges to the attention of business leaders and the HR Leader
- Coach, support, and guide managers in the pragmatic application of HR policies and practices
- Proactively assess team, manager, and organizational development needs and partner with the Global Talent Management function to make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
- Partner managers with all performance management and employee relations issues, escalating complex issues to the HR Leader
- Ensure proper implementation and execution of HR programs in collaboration with the wider HR team
- Collaborate with the HR Administration and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver on business outcomes
- Interview candidates in the process of recruitment for respective functions
- Other ad hoc HR duties
Requirements:
It is essential that applicants can demonstrate commercial awareness and business acumen to ensure the right level of support and solutions to the business. You will be articulate and able to communicate at all levels. Evidence of responsibility to deliver a first-class HR service in a fast-moving team, within a highly matrixed company across multiple countries is key.
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role (at least 2 years), operating independently within a highly matrix organizational structure
- Solid judgment and ability to assess risk relative to the business impact
- Proven experience in applying Russian employment law to achieve business outcomes
- Experience in project delivery and change management
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
- Ability to influence and strategically solve problems
- Fluent in the English language – speaking, reading, and writing
- Pragmatic consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Ability to learn and thrive in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
