Responsibilities:
- Support business units in a whole range of HR and people-related matters (regular recruitment is not required)
- Build trust and relationships with employees and managers
- Provide expertise and guidance to managers
- Work closely with the management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Participate in talent development programs
- Lead and co-create HR projects and initiatives within the organization
