Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a team of 40+ people (participation in recruiting, onboarding, performance review, development, evaluation, team building, rotation);
- Form partnerships with teams and leads on employee relations issues;
- Participate in the development of the team roadmap;
- Conduct meetings, interviews;
- Analyse the labour market;
- Implement and maintain HR strategy based on business goals;
- Monitor employee status and improve cross-team communication;
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics;
- Uphold corporate culture, develop employee loyalty and engagement.
Requirements:
- HR BP/ HR D experience of 2+ years;
- Experience working with product, marketing and administrative teams;
- Experience implementing existing HR processes in new teams;
- Willingness to work in a new project startup;
- Strategic planning skills;
- English proficiency—C1 or higher;
- Ability to independently plan your working hours and work in a multitasking mode, responsible approach to the tasks;
- Proactive approach;
- Successful experience of working in a team and the ability to accept feedback.
