What will you do?
- Work closely with a team of 40+ people (participation in recruiting, onboarding, performance review, development, evaluation, team building, rotation)
- Form partnerships with teams and leads on employee relations issues
- Participate in the development of the team roadmap
- Conduct meetings, interviews
- Analyse the labour market
- Implement and maintain HR strategy based on business goals
- Monitor employee status and improve cross-team communication
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics
- Uphold corporate culture, develop employee loyalty and engagement
Who you are:
- HR BP/ HR D experience of 2+ years
- Experience working with product, marketing and administrative teams
- Experience implementing existing HR processes in new teams
- Willingness to work in a new project startup
- Strategic planning skills
- English proficiency - C1 or higher
- Ability to independently plan your working hours and work in a multitasking mode, responsible approach to the tasks
- Proactive approach
- Successful experience of working in a team and the ability to accept feedback
