Аn American multinational company IQVIA serving the combined industries of health information technology and clinical research  is looking for an HR Business Partner to power up the team.

 

Summary:

Support the continuous improvement of the HR function through adaptation of global HR programs and development and implementation of local HR programs.

 

Main Tasks
Build strong relationship with company divisions based on partnering and support business needs
Provide HR Partnering management coaching and counseling
Support people managers in full cycle Employee Experience
Develop strong and effective team relationships with HR functions (HRPSC, Talent Acquisition, L&D, C&B, etc.)
Conduct ad hoc reviews according to business needs and propose recommendations in handling employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices and procedures and, with guidance, provide support and education to line management
Work on organizational effectiveness and HR partnering change management efforts associated with reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance to local legislation
Analyze the need of HR support and adjust the function work accordingly
Analyze, coordinate and launch acquisitions and mergers on local level, providing support to Country Head and managers to integrate new business lines/roles into IQVIA organization and culture
Provide reports and analytics as requested by senior management and proactively offer interpretation and relevant actions based on them
Coordinate the cooperation with outsourcing/ out staffing / service providers
Support line managers in the recruitment and selection process where appropriate

 

Requirements
Master’s Degree (Economics, Law, Human Recourses)
5+ years of prior relevant experience as HR BP in international company with global multinational environment (FMCG / Pharma / CRO)
Advance knowledge of local Labor law
Experience in reorganization and harmonization according to global HQ requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications
Expert coaching and counseling skills
Effective leadership and influencing skills
Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills
Good Analytics and presentation skills, advanced Excel.
