Playrix is looking for HR Business Partner.
The company is currently looking for an HR Business Partner, a "team strategist" who understands business and knows how to use HR tools to solve team problems. Tasks:
- Taking care of employees during periods of change and helping them adapt to new company initiatives
- Creating a positive atmosphere where everyone feels included in our corporate culture
- Sharing important knowledge and tools for working with employees with company managers
- Participating in mandatory corporate procedures when necessary
- Collaborating with other departments (GHRR, Accounting) to ensure harmonious work within the company
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR position
- Advanced level of English
- You reside in Ireland and are willing to visit our Dublin office
- Knowledge and understanding of the specifics of Irish labor legislation
- Very strong communication and counseling skills (tactfulness, work ethic, and respect for confidential information)
- Ability to take initiative, stay organized, and work well in a team
- Ability to communicate and defend your point of view
Preferred:
- Experience working for IT or product-based companies in Ireland
- Experience working on multinational teams (global teams)
- Knowledge of Russian
