Worldwide IT company Luxoft is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities
Support of managers and acting as an HR Service consultant within a defined Line of Business in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures:
On-boarding
— conducting Thomas DISC evaluation for the candidates and employees
— mood monitoring and mentoring the new comers during the on-boarding
— conducting trainings for new comers
Assessment and performance appraisal
— taking part in performance appraisals for the key employees
— conducting assessment centers in line with the company’s process
Retention and succession planning
— monitoring the risks related to the employees attrition and supporting the managers in retaining staff
— supporting managers in succession planning
Learning and Development
— conducting 360 degrees evaluation
— preparing development plans for the key employees
— coaching key employees to support their development
— organizing and supporting training activities of the staff within the defined Line of Business
Acting as business partner for the managers
— establish working relationships with the managers and employees to effectively resolve employee relation issues
— supporting managers with the HR Strategy
Taking part in different local and international HR projects
Must have
University degree
Good command of English (at least, upper-intermediate)
Excellent communication and conflict management skills
Excellent follow up, organization and time management skills
Proactive consultative approach to deal effectively with the senior internal client
Excellent problem solving skills/ analytical ability and attention to details
Result orientation
Nice to have
3 years of experience in HR field (recruitment, T&D, HR partner).
