Conditions
Temporary vacancy for the period of maternity leave (Nov 2021 – Dec 2022);
A single HR role in DLL Russia (85 full time employees);;
Direct report line to General Manager DLL Russia, Functional reporting line to HR Manager Poland;
A member of HR team of Eastern Region (Poland, Hungary, Turkey, Russia).
Responsibilities
People strategy: build and maintain effective relationships with the stakeholders at all levels of the Company in order to provide HR solutions that are fully aligned with business objectives;
Recruitment: manage recruitment process for all levels, including searching, screen CVs, interviewing, pre-employment administration, reference and background checks;
Onboarding process: coordinate of new comer’s onboarding process, conduct introduction sessions, monitor probation period;
HR administration: full range of services according to the Russian Labour Law and Corporate Standards (Incl. hiring, promotions, holidays, business trips, sick leaves, maternity leaves, end of employments etc);
Compensation & Benefits: annual salary review based on the corporate rules, participate in the local Salary surveys; monitor benefits trends and recommend amendments, create the bonus provisions;
Salary Administration: supervise the payroll discipline in compliance with Labor Law and Tax Legislation RF, coordinate salary calculation process with outsourcing payroll provide;
Policies: develop and promote HR policies in compliance with the Labour Law RF and Corporate standards;
Employee Relations: provide practical advice and guidance to the managers on HR topics;
Training/Staff Development: provide support to all departments in Performance Management implementation; development of training plan based on business requirements;
Talent Management; coordinate Talent Management within the Corporate requirements;
Labour protection / Fire safety: set up and maintenance the processes according to the Labour Law RF.
HR Control & Compliance: control HR procedures are in compliance with Corporate rules, regular assessments and reporting.
Your profile
Experience as HR Generalist in a single role in European Company;
Practical skills in HR & salary administration, recruitment;
Strong knowledge of Russian Labour Law;
Fluent English;
Advanced communication skills;
Knowledge of Boss Kadrovik is considered as an advantage.
