In this role you will be working with plant team as a business partner and also you will manage the recruitment team (4 FTE).This is an inspiring opportunity for a candidate with a previous experience in talent, recruitment or HR BP.
You will be responsible for:
HR support of our Plant team covering:
- Performance
- Development
- Culture and change management
- Assist with a workforce planning and analytics
Talent acquisition strategy design and realization for all functions:
- Effectively expand recruitment sources and methods
- Maintain reporting and analytics on recruitment
- Providing and control realization of the annual plan of requirement in personnel
- Employee branding
