Job Description:
- Cointelegraph Consulting was launched in 2019 as a strategic consulting group serving enterprises, investment companies, blockchain technology providers and start-ups. Provides technical and strategic consulting, bespoke research, and distribution services with a goal to drive wider adoption of digital assets and enterprise-grade blockchain solutions
- Company has a worldwide consulting team across Hong Kong, London, Tbilisi and Tel Aviv with rich experience across top management consultancy, financial institutions, Fortune 500 corporations, academic institutions, developers and blockchain veterans
- Company is looking for motivated young talent interested in HR management to join as the HR Business Partner to drive human resource initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Build and implement an HR strategy, in coordination with the strategy and management team
- Support in executing all people development processes including leadership pipeline, talent management, promotions, performance management, compensation, employee engagement & retention
- Manage full recruitment cycle (IT, C-Level and others)
- Manage a full cycle of the company’s HR analytics and reports, assess talent gaps, and advise leadership on the development needs of their teams and functions
- Drive continuous HR improvement through quantitative and qualitative analysis of the process and implementation of improvement initiatives
- Establish excellent working relationships and environment across teams in the company
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of human capital landscape and expertise in HR programs and processes (IT recruitment, onboarding, performance management, problem solving and etc.)
- Interest and willingness to become expert in human resource management
- Strong communication skills - you will work with international teams of professionals from different fields
- Flexibility - you are ready to take an initiative to make changes in dynamic environments; able and willing to take on new tasks and problems as they arise
- Attention to details and strong interpersonal skills
