Bayer is looking for an HR Business Partner.
Major tasks and responsibilities:
- Supports (senior) HR BP in the implementation and application of Bayer HR directives, policies, processes, systems and programs throughout the РH division and strives for best practices in the standardization, harmonization and alignment of local HR activities, but always with the business requirements in mind. Consults employees on how to best use the HR policies, processes and tools
- Espouses the (senior) HR BP by driving the creation and circulation of HR management information throughout the РH
- Assists the (senior) HR BP by coaching and advising employees on general HR issues, supports managing employees relations and assuring
- Proactively identifies delays in appropriate performing by employees of mandatory HR processes (PMP, Dev. Dialogue, Job Descriptions and Position Evaluations) within organization, ensures appropriate processes consulting and takes appropriate action to ensure that process are executed in line with corporate requirements. (Junior) HR BP is aware of policy and rules of creation of job descriptions. Ensures availability of the actual job descriptions in the Russian and English languages in a local JD catalogue. Consults the managers about the creation/up-date of job descriptions. Monitors availability of actual job descriptions in case of any organizational changes. Supports timely evaluation / reevaluation of positions
- Actively takes part in effective local Talent Management (TM) initiatives in line with the global Bayer Group TM strategy to attract, identify, develop and retain the right employees and to maintain a powerful talent pipeline in РH. Provides support to the local РH line management thus enabling them to contribute to the talent management agenda including participation in the РH Personnel & Organization Conference (РОС) process. By doing so he/she helps the other HR BP and top management to develop employees’ capabilities to the mid-to-long-term business needs
- HR BP contributes to HR marketing/employer branding thus ensuring that Bayer will be an employer of choice in the country/country group
- Participates in continuous enhancement of on-boarding process for new employees on the country level
- Ensures adherence to industry-specific codes of practice or conduct, labor code, regulatory directives and guidelines, as applicable to the role, and to the Program for Legal Compliance and Corporate Responsibility at Bayer
Important for company:
- Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with a focus on Human Resources
- English upper-intermediate (oral and written)
- Knowledge about the local legal employment conditions and those of the Sub Group
- Experience and proven track record in working across the core HR functions with specific experience in one expert HR field
- Ability to collaborate in the Bayer HR business model: Shared Service Center, Business Partner, Center of Expertise
- Professional leadership experience
- Knowledge of the Bayer Group organization and processes
