В компанию-производитель медицинского оборудования Stryker требуется HR Business Partner Russia.

 

Company is looking for future HR Business Partner to support the strongth growth of commercial entity located in Russia (which also looks after Kazakhstan and Israel market). Reporting to the EEMEA Senior HR Director, you will be responsible for providing guidance and strategic HR partner support to country leadership and cross functional business leaders. You will be executing the HR strategy, providing a consistent support to directors, managers and employees on various areas such as work environment, employee relations, talent management, compensation and performance management.

Who you are:

  • An experienced HR professional with minimum 7y of experience in HR field at Manager or Business Partner level supporting business leaders
  • Advanced Degree in HR related field is preferred
  • Experience of multinational environment and complex organization
  • Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building and influence skills
  • Capability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization
  • Fluency in English

 

What you will do:

  • Be a subject-matter who provides guidance and support to business leaders in HR matters
  • Improve organizational processes and implement solutions in aligment with global HR best practices
  • Facilitate interactions among organizational stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Provide guidance on HR matters, partnering with Centers of Excellence to develop needed solution
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of the labor market and its relation to organizational success
  • Partner with managers, directors and HR to proactively implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective; supports managers on HR projects
  • Implement change based on proven change management techniques
  • Analyze root causes of work environment issues; manages interventions and solutions in collaboration and cooperation with key stakeholders
