In this role you will be working with plant team as a business partner and also you will manage the HR plant team (5 FTE, functional subordination).This is an inspiring opportunity for a candidate with a previous experience in talent or HR BP.
You will be in charge of:
- Partnership with the plant leadership team to develop and implement effective HR practices that will support the strategic targets fulfilment
- Educate, coach, and collaborate with managers on performance management and employee development goals
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
- Educate team members on compensation practices, performance feedback, performance calibration and career path
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits and Learning & Development
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
