Duties and responsibilities:
- Relocation support (from the offer acceptance till the integration into the local community)
- Assistance in solving vital issues in the location of presence
- Employees adaptation
- Retention and stress-level controlling
- HR projects
- T&D activities
Requirements:
- At least 1,5 years HR BP / HR-generalist roles experience
- Clear understanding of IT sphere
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian
- High level of responsibility and quality experience in solving non-standard tasks
- Desire to be involved in recruiting and DevRel activities
