Travel-tech company Emerging travel group (Ostrovok.ru, B2B.Ostrovok, RateHawk, ZenHotels) is looking for an HR Business Partner.
The key objectives of the role are:
- Be the contact person for all HR issues for employees in IT & Digital Departments (Product, Engineering, Analytics and Marketing)
- Establish internal communication between assigned departments and other teams within the company
- Build trusting relationships and become a trusted partner and advisor to senior business leaders of the Product, Engineering, Analytics and Marketing Departments
Job Responsibilities:
- Build a strong cooperative relationship with the team in order to ensure that strategies and decisions support the achievement of company objectives
- Ensuring the high-level quality of internal HR processes (organizational development, hiring, assessment, training, rotation, team culture etc.)
- Proactively identify the needs of the employees and managers to create and optimize HR processes
- Help managers develop hiring plans, define critical roles, and assist the recruiting team in crafting compelling job descriptions and search strategies
- Be responsible for the onboarding and adaptation process, help managers to prepare induction plans for newcomers, conduct 30/90 days check up meetings, provide feedback to managers, control employees' probation period
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze the results, provide action items plan based on the analysis
- Launch and maintain the HiPo Identification Program
- Initiate and maintain the open feedback process
- Coach and train managers in their communication with the employees: how to run effective 1-1s, performance reviews and how to provide feedback
- In collaboration with C&B provide organizational structure, budget planning, promotions support
- Drive internal communications, recognition schemes and events
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Business partner/ HR Generalist in IT company
- Experience with key HR processes: motivation support, performance reviews, grades, review of team structures, internal communications
- Experience in the planning, development and implementation of HR projects in various area of HR work
- Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills. Demonstrable ability to distill complex concepts from many sources into a simple vision that can be understood by a person with a minimal background in the subject matter
- Upper-intermediate English level. Can comfortably make a presentation, conduct meetings
- International and growth mindset. Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts, reflecting ETG’s global presence
