В группу компаний (агентства интернет-маркетинга) Kokoc Group требуется HR Business Partner (International).
Kokoc Group is a large group of marketing companies and a leader in digital advertising in the Russian market. More precisely, it was so until recently.
Now company has become known abroad. However, the big foreign journey is just beginning under the KIT Global brand. Products have been developed, a team of 5 people has been formed, launching a direction in the countries we are interested in. Company managed to open an office in India (7 employees), in February of 2023 they are opening an office in Indonesia. And in the next six months they will “launch” Spain and Mexico.
Company has big plans for the KIT Global team! Here’s what they want:
- To staff already opened offices and recruit employees in other GEO
- To adapt new employees as efficiently as possible
- To create an unified communication field between foreign offices and Russian office
- To instill company`s values in employees abroad
- To adapt quickly, describe and implement current work processes with employees in other GEO
- To develop a team - train colleagues in all products and increase their expertise in the advertising industry in general
- To help managing partner, CEO of KIT Global, Pavel Yurovitsky, build the coolest known team to the international market
For these tasks, company is looking for a business partner for HR team:
- Fluent in English
- Has HR experience in digital for at least 5 years, where the last positions were Head of Recruitment department, HRG or HRD
- Ready for a long business trips (up to a month)
- Has experience in hiring foreign employees
- Can share company`s values: transparency of communications and processes, partnership, entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork
- Can quickly adjust and is ready to work in a strat-up mode
- Can describe and implement processes
Company has a matrix management structure. This means that HRD will define the outline of HR processes, but the focus and direct tasks will be determined by the business, represented by CEO KIT Global - Pavel Yurovitsky.

- “I expect that the employee in this role will be close to us in spirit of thinking and acting quickly, who will speak the same language with the team, despite the difference in GEO, cultures and mentalities, and will become an absolute support for every KIT Global employee

Right now we are really lack of a “single window” for HR processes. As in any startup, we need a strong organizer who will help build all the processes of working with people and simplify and speed up our work. We are waiting for a partner!”
