Booking is searching for a HR Business Partner (EMEA).

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Own the execution of the people plan and agenda for the business and region
Be proactive in identifying people issues and trends within the business and work with COEs and business in order to formulate and implement solutions
Be a true business partner and be able to discuss/tackle complex business issues with leaders and translate business needs into action plans and solutions
Talent management: Execute annual /quarterly performance management processes, talent reviews, succession planning and other in-BU talent programs as required
Learning: Identify learning needs and facilitate targeted developmental training, partner with L&D to deliver solutions
Change management: Facilitate organizational change in all aspects from planning, communication and execution. Implement global HR initiatives and ensure that local activities are aligned to the global HR strategy
Employee Relations: Be end to end responsible and overlook (with partnership with Compliance) all disciplinary and compliance issues, investigations etc and together with business ensure concrete measures are set up proactively to decrease issues
Keep up to date with legal requirements for the region, ensure local legal requirements are met by studying existing and new legislation
Handle operational issues such as policy guidance, absence management, salary and benefits related matters, etc within their accounts/region
Work closely with their HR Manager and HR colleagues, to contribute to HR projects, and provide ideas and suggestions

 

Requirements:

5+ years of HR experience in Russia and CEE region within EMEA
Fluent in English, Russion highly preferred
Your experience should include 2+ years of HR Advisory or business partnering
Previous experience in a commercial environment
Bachelor or Master’s Degree, preferred
Excellent communication skills
Able to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders within the organisation
Proactive, data-driven, takes initiative, able to multi-task and prioritise without close supervision
Flexible and able to cope well with change.
