Hyundai Glovis is looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Professional to join HR Planning team for European Region.
Hyundai Glovis is global Supply Chain Management Provider acting under umbrella of Hyundai Motors Group.
Key responsibilities:
Hold primary responsibility over Europe HQs talent acquisition and General HR-queries;
Develop HR standards across EU region to ensure alignment with Global HR standards provided by Korean HQ;
Analyse HR data and business demands, provide insights and ideas for development and improvement of European HR standards;
Establish continuous collaboration with local HR teams within assigned countries within the EU to liaise and provide advisory report in HR-related fields;
Work with local HR teams and HQ HR team on ongoing regional or global HR projects;
Develop HR practices and new policies, by gatherings market insights, Market HR trends and conducting benchmarking;
Conduct regular HR audits and risk assessments for subsidiaries within the EU region;
Key requirements:
University-level degree with major in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field;
General HR experience ( 5 ~ 10 years of practical experience);
Fluency in English is must , German, Polish and Russian language skills would be an advantage;
Excellent communication and coordination skills paired with ability to work in a multicultural environment;
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills ;
Good knowledge of local labor law (Germany, Poland, Russia).
