McDonald’s is searching for an HR Business Partner (Corporate Office).

 

Main tasks:

  • Partner with function leads and department heads to ensure they have resources and people practices in place to drive business
  • Manage hierarchy and help leaders to design new roles needed to implement business plans
  • People planning
  • Implement hr initiatives in head office functions
  • Drive key processes: performance management, talent process, year-end processes, opinion surveys, culture activities in partnership with COEs
  • Request feedback and action planning for improvement on people processes in departments
  • Partner with department heads and function leads in solving daily people issues
  • Partner with COEs to develop initiatives needed to improve people practices in functions
  • Organize activities
  • Help leaders to solve people issues (terminations, difficult conversations etc.)
  • Ensure proper communication of people initiatives
  • Participate in projects aimed at head office employees
  • Implement and execute programs


Necessary knowledge and experience:

  • 5+ years experience as senior hr BP in big company
  • High education
  • Upper-intermediate English
  • Knowledge of people practices and major processes
  • Execution proficiency
  • Communication skills
  • Influence
  • Tolerance to ambiguity
  • Good organizational skills
