McDonald’s is searching for an HR Business Partner (Corporate Office).
Main tasks:
- Partner with function leads and department heads to ensure they have resources and people practices in place to drive business
- Manage hierarchy and help leaders to design new roles needed to implement business plans
- People planning
- Implement hr initiatives in head office functions
- Drive key processes: performance management, talent process, year-end processes, opinion surveys, culture activities in partnership with COEs
- Request feedback and action planning for improvement on people processes in departments
- Partner with department heads and function leads in solving daily people issues
- Partner with COEs to develop initiatives needed to improve people practices in functions
- Organize activities
- Help leaders to solve people issues (terminations, difficult conversations etc.)
- Ensure proper communication of people initiatives
- Participate in projects aimed at head office employees
- Implement and execute programs
Necessary knowledge and experience:
- 5+ years experience as senior hr BP in big company
- High education
- Upper-intermediate English
- Knowledge of people practices and major processes
- Execution proficiency
- Communication skills
- Influence

- Good organizational skills
