Large industrial company is looking for HR BP in Dubai office.
Responsibilities:
Business support in all HR areas
Narrowly recruiting staff for senior management positions
Leading staff rotation processes: organizing, coordinating and supporting staff transfers
Generation of HR analytics and reporting
Cross-functional cooperation with centers of competence: recruitment, HR admin, C&B, T&D, etc.
Participation in HR team projects
Requirements:
Higher education
Experience as HR-Generalist or Junior HRBP in large companies at least 3-5 years
Knowledge of labor legislation
Experience in budget management and staffing table management
English proficiency of at least Upper-Intermediate (testing possible)
Excellent Excel skills
High level of communication and organizational skills
