How will you make an impact?

 

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will contribute to the UAE HR and people strategy by providing both operational & strategic excellence to the busines in all aspects of people management with a headcount of over 200 employees in the UAE. In this role you will collaborate with the Talent Partners to support effective recruitment in retail, attendance to assessment centers & anticiapte hiring needs within the business.

 

You will analyze people data metrics and play a key role in the annual performance and talent review and have regular career discussions with employees. You will play a lead role in strategic projects of the Maison for the UAE specifically and launch key HR events such as university engagement & HR Drop In Days in the boutique.

 

In this role, you will maintain all operational excellence in SAP including offer letters, position creation, org chart management, preperation of presentations for townhalls & letters required for UAE based employees. You can efficiently work with our PRO to maintain effective visa process and on-boarding/off-boarding for employees.

 

How will you experience success with us?

 

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English, Arabic is a plus with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both office and retail colleagues. You have previous experience in a similar HR capacity, with 5+ years of experience in end to end HR within the UAE with a sound understanding of UAE Labor Laws. You are confident to challenge, advise and collaborate with stakeholders and ExCo, and can work effectively within a matrix organization.
