Responsibilities:
EVP, values and brand strategy
- Development, implementation and maintenance of brand strategy and employee value proposition (EVP);
- Evaluation/measurement of HR brand effectiveness;
- Conducting employee engagement surveys and pulse surveys;
- Cooperation with HR team to ensure strong, consistent branding and EVP in all HR-related processes.
Internal communications
- Design, development and implementation of internal communication framework with HR, marketing and PR team;
- Support and development of all employer brand channels (e.g., social media, corporate portal, internal chats);
- Collaboration with Corporate Communication/PR and Marketing to align activities.
Brand and dev rel
- Working to increase NtechLab brand awareness in the IT market via online and offline projects and events using the best practices of Marketing, HR and PR;
- Working with recruitment team to attract the best candidates on the market;
- Organization of events (for potential candidates/ students/ graduates and employees).
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience (in IT, e-commerce or digital sector) as an internal communications manager/HR brand manager/ or within an HR department as an employee engagement manager;
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful EVP;
- Fluent in written and spoken Russian and English;
- Able to easily create engaging and dynamic written communications including company wide communications in all internal media channels;
- Confident and engaging presentation skills;
- Advanced communication skills - able to persuade, influence and act in a rational manner to challenges;
- An innovative creative mindset. Candidates must be able to think conceptually and propose well-constructed ideas to create positive employee engagement;
- IT literate - knows all the latest trends in social communication tools and adopts them with ease (social media, internal instruments, HRIS);
- High degree of emotional intelligence - able to adapt personal style to different personality types and cultures;
- Flexible attitude to adapt quickly to changing direction and employee needs as required;
- Superb planner and organizer - able to multitask efficiently;
- Financially literate - able to do budget projections and monitor expenses to ensure activities are delivered on time and within budget. Negotiate with suppliers following procurement protocols to ensure company achieves positive return on investment for events delivered for employees;
- Holistic approach to employees in thinking of both the business needs, employee wishes, safety and parameters of what is possible by law and aligned to company culture;
- Team player - can work positively with other stakeholders.
